  3. It’s 1/4 teaspoon of Turmeric.
  4. It’s of For Dhokha masala – chopped onion 1, paste of 1 onion,6 garlic.
  5. You need of Small piece of ginger. Salt 2 teaspoon, turmeric 1/4 teaspoon.
  6. Prepare of Chilly powder 2 teaspoon, gram masala 2.5 teaspoon.
  7. You need of Coriander powder 3 teaspoon,oil 150 ml.,lemon juice.

  1. Soak all the daals for 4 to 5 hours,grind with onion,garlic and ginger.add salt and turmeric..
  2. Put this mixture into a greased vessel and steam it for 10 – 15 minutes.let it cool and cut into small pieces..
  3. Heat oil in a pan,fry chopped onion till golden brown,add paste of onion garlic and ginger.fry for some time..
  4. Add the dry spices then add the pieces of daal and fry for 5 minutes. At last add lemon juice and coriander leaves..
