  1. It’s 3/4 cup of fairlife skim milk.
  2. It’s 1/2 cup of + 1 tbsp Kodiak power cake mix.
  3. Prepare 3 of precooked turkey sausage links diced.
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of diced green pepper.
  5. It’s 2 tbsp of diced mushrooms.
  6. You need 1/8 cup of shredded low fat Colby jack cheese.

  1. In a small nonstick pan sauté sausage, peppers, and mushroom.
  2. When vegetables have cooked down add in 1tbsp of pancake mix.
  3. Add in 1/2 cup of the fairlife skim milk.
  4. Allow it to thicken then remove from heat.
  5. Combine your 1/2 cup of pancake mix with 1/4 cup of milk.
  6. Place mix on the bottom of 5 inch cast iron skillet that has been sprayed (cooking spray).
  7. Place sausage mix overtop of pancake layer and top with shredded cheese.
  8. Cover with foil & Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Eat in your skillet or remove.
