Ingredients of Healthy Drum Stick Curry

  1. Prepare 2 of fresh drumstick.
  2. It’s 2 of potatoes.
  3. It’s 2 of onion.
  4. Prepare 2 of tomatoes.
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
  7. You need 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  10. You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  11. You need to taste of Salt.
  12. It’s 4-5 tsp of oil.
  13. You need of Water as per required.
  14. You need As needed of Corrainder leaves for garnishing.

Healthy Drum Stick Curry instructions

  1. First wash all vegetables & finely chopped onion,tomatoes,potatoes & chopped drum stick in big long stick shape.(optional).
  2. Heat the pan add some water & add chopped drumstick & little bit salt for 5 minutes,because they are very hard so don't boil too much just for few minutes then drain the water & keep aside..
  3. Heat the pan add oil when oil is heated add cumin seeds,mustard seeds saute for a minute then add ginger garlic paste saute again..
  4. Add chopped onion cook till onion looks soft & golden in colour then add chopped tomatoes cook tomatoes get soft then add dry spices like red chilli powder & turmeric powder..
  5. Mix well then add chopped potatoes then add salt stir continuously then add boiled drum stick & add some water depends thickness of curry then cover the pan for few minutes in low flame..
  6. In between check when potatoes get soft & drum stick too, when it gives a boil & looks nice in colour & fragrance add garam masala powder & mix well..
  7. Garnish with fresh corrainder leaves serve hot with Chapati or rice..
