- You need 1 cup of Oats.
- Prepare as needed of Vegies ( carrot, french beans, capsicums, onions, mushrooms etc.
- It’s to taste of Salt and pepper.
- It’s 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Dhaniya (Coriander)powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Oil or ghee.
- It’s as needed of Water.
- Prepare 1 pinch of Hing(asafoetida).
- It’s 1 tsp of Jeera(cumin seeds).

- Take ghee in a pan and heat it.
- Add hing and jeera and let it crackle.
- Chop all the vegetables all together in a chopper.
- All the vegetables in the pan.
- Add all the spices in the vegetables.
- Now add salt and pepper as per your taste.
- As vegetable cooked add oats in it.
- Add water as required. Cover the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes on a low flame.
- Check after 15 minutes if the oats are cooked.
