  1. You need 1 cup of Oats.
  2. Prepare as needed of Vegies ( carrot, french beans, capsicums, onions, mushrooms etc.
  3. It’s to taste of Salt and pepper.
  4. It’s 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of Dhaniya (Coriander)powder.
  7. You need 1 tsp of Oil or ghee.
  8. It’s as needed of Water.
  9. Prepare 1 pinch of Hing(asafoetida).
  10. It’s 1 tsp of Jeera(cumin seeds).

Masala Oats A Healthy Delight instructions

  1. Take ghee in a pan and heat it.
  2. Add hing and jeera and let it crackle.
  3. Chop all the vegetables all together in a chopper.
  4. All the vegetables in the pan.
  5. Add all the spices in the vegetables.
  6. Now add salt and pepper as per your taste.
  7. As vegetable cooked add oats in it.
  8. Add water as required. Cover the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes on a low flame.
  9. Check after 15 minutes if the oats are cooked.
  10. Serve it hot and enjoy.
