  1. Marinate your chicken in the sauce for 3 hours and then BBQ/Grill for 45 minutes at 180c until cooked.
  2. Boil your rice in the chicken stock and add cayenne, paprika, salt, chilli powder, turmeric and simmer until the rice is cooked.
  3. Cook your peas, then add chilli, mint and parsley and mix.
  4. Chop your potato, par boil for four minutes and then get them in the oven for 45 minutes until cook. Season with peri peri salt.
  5. Serve.
