  5. Take a non-stick pan and to it add 1 teaspoon cooking oil..
  6. Now pour some amount of the mixture on the pan & spread it evenly. The flame required while cooking is medium to low(as required)..
  7. Cover the pan & wait for 2 mins..
  8. Now it's time to flip the cheela but before that you can brush some ghee or oil(on the other side) if you want so that both the sides gets cooked nicely& evenly..
