  1. In a bowl take all boiled items.
  2. Add paneer,cheese, cream,remaining all items of stuffing.
  3. In vessel 1 cup water boil it add salt,,oil(1 tbsp),red chilli powder, or garam masala and add both flour and immediately start whisking constantly then it will became a dough….
  4. Then keep a lid and let it cook for 1-2 min.
  5. After that knead the dough(hot only) smooth and nicely applying oil to palms.
  6. Then make small rolls (little thick)hot only… and (apply some oil to surface)roll like small chapati.
  7. Add the filling to that small chapati and do any shape of Momos….u like.
  8. Grease oil to vessel then keep all Momos and Steam in boiling water for 10-12 min.
  9. After steam is off. Remove out and let cool for 5min.
  10. Serve hot creamy,cheesey, healthy momos.
  11. Though it is lengthy process but, believe me it is very good obtion…instead of purchasing form outside and delicious taste too…! Thank you.
