- You need 100 gm of fennel seeds.
- It’s 100 gm of flex seeds.
- It’s 50 gm of white sesame seeds.
- It’s as per taste of Black salt/Rock salt.

- First in a pan dry roast fennel seeds for 5 mins on low to medium flame & keep aside..
- Then in the same pan dry roast flex seeds and mix with fennel seeds.
- Then again dry roast sesame seeds and mix with other two ingredients.
- Mix salt when the mixture is hot only..
- Let it cool and fill in an airtight container.
