  1. You need 100 gm of fennel seeds.
  2. It’s 100 gm of flex seeds.
  3. It’s 50 gm of white sesame seeds.
  4. It’s as per taste of Black salt/Rock salt.

  1. First in a pan dry roast fennel seeds for 5 mins on low to medium flame & keep aside..
  2. Then in the same pan dry roast flex seeds and mix with fennel seeds.
  3. Then again dry roast sesame seeds and mix with other two ingredients.
  4. Mix salt when the mixture is hot only..
  5. Let it cool and fill in an airtight container.
