  8. You need of poppy seeds/cashews (15).
  9. Prepare of ghee.
  10. You need of Masala.

  16. It’s of cardamom + cinnamon powder.

Healthy Paneer Butter Masala without butter 😀 instructions

  1. In a pan take ghee + onion and tomato. Add red chilli + ginger garlic paste + poppy seeds. You can optionally add cashews for creamy texture. Sauté for 15 Minutes until tomato and onions turns soft and translucent respectively. Then cool it down and make a smooth paste by grinding it.
  2. Now add the paste to a pan. Add turmeric + coriander powder + garam masala + cumin powder + salt + cardamom and cinnamon powder. Also add tomato sauce and green peas and boil for 12 minutes.
  3. Now add paneer cubes and boil for 5 minutes in low flame. Now add honey + Greek yogurt + kasuri methi and add coriander leaves and serve it with roti or rice..
