- Prepare of poha.
- Prepare of potato (chopped).
- You need of onion (chopped).
- It’s of peanuts.

- Firstly, rinse the poha till they soften..
- Now add salt and turmeric powder to the poha and mix it..
- Dry roast the peanuts..
- Now, Pour some oil in a pan..
- Sprinkle mustard seeds..
- Now add onion and saute until they become brownish..
- And green chillies and Curry leaves and mix it well..
- Add chopped potatoes to it and fry them until they become soft. After this add roasted peanuts and stir it..
- Now add poha to it and mix it evenly..
- Cover the lid of pan for 4-5 mins at low flame. Now open and stir it..
