  1. Prepare of poha.
  2. Prepare of potato (chopped).
  3. You need of onion (chopped).

  8. Prepare of Curry leaves (approx).
  9. It’s of Coriander leaves.

  1. Firstly, rinse the poha till they soften..
  2. Now add salt and turmeric powder to the poha and mix it..
  3. Dry roast the peanuts..
  4. Now, Pour some oil in a pan..
  5. Sprinkle mustard seeds..
  6. Now add onion and saute until they become brownish..
  7. And green chillies and Curry leaves and mix it well..
  8. Add chopped potatoes to it and fry them until they become soft. After this add roasted peanuts and stir it..
  9. Now add poha to it and mix it evenly..
  10. Cover the lid of pan for 4-5 mins at low flame. Now open and stir it..
  11. Turn off the gas. Now, sprinkle some lemon juice, coriander leaves and Chaat masala on it..
