- Firstly grate the radish and pumpkin and grate it well..
- Now squeeze and remove the extra water from radish and pumpkin otherwise the flour will become too wet..
- Now take the wheat flour and rice flour in a bowl, add the pumpkin, radish and all the masalas.
- Add 1 tspoon ghee and knead the dough by adding the reqd water.
- Now after kneading the dough, apply some ghee to the dough and keep it aside for 10 mins..
- After 10 mins, start making thin chapati or roti out of thee dough balls. It should be thin..
