  4. Add 1 tspoon ghee and knead the dough by adding the reqd water.
  5. Now after kneading the dough, apply some ghee to the dough and keep it aside for 10 mins..
  6. After 10 mins, start making thin chapati or roti out of thee dough balls. It should be thin..
  7. Now cook it well and our theplas are ready..
