Ingredients of Healthy Beetroot bites
- Prepare of big sized beet.
- You need of yellow moong daal (soaked for 2 hours).
- It’s of chopped carrot.
- Prepare of chopped capsicum.
- You need of grated coconut.
- You need of boiled peanuts.
- It’s of lime juice.
- It’s of Chopped coriander and mint leaves.
- It’s of green chilli finely chopped.
- It’s of mayonnaise.
- You need of Salt.
- You need of Chaat masala to sprinkle.
Healthy Beetroot bites instructions
- Peel and wash the beet. Boil it as a whole in a pan with little salt and water till properly cooked. Keep it aside..
- Mix all the other ingredients except salt and chaat masala in a big bowl..
- Cut the beet into thin slices..
- Fill the prepared stuffing and fold the beet slice half way through..
- Repeat the same with all the slices..
- Sprinkle lime juice,salt and chaat masala over them and serve immediately..
- Quick beetroot bites are ready..
