Ingredients of Healthy Ridge gourd

  1. It’s of ridge gourd.
  2. You need of onion.
  3. It’s of tomato.
  4. You need of ginger garlic paste.
  5. Prepare of cumin seeds.
  6. Prepare of mustard seeds.
  7. Prepare of red chilli powder.
  8. You need of turmeric powder.
  9. You need of oil.
  10. Prepare of Salt.
  11. It’s of Corrainder leaves for garnishing.

Healthy Ridge gourd instructions

  1. First wash all vegetables & finely chopped & keep aside..
  2. Heat the pan add oil in it when oil is heated add cumin seeds & mustard seeds saute for a minute then add ginger garlic paste again mix well..
  3. Add chopped onion cook till onion get soft & changes it's colour then add red chilli powder & turmeric powder saute for a minute..
  4. Add chopped tomato cook few minutes then add salt & chopped ridge gourd mix well & cover the pan in low flame for few minutes..
  5. In between check ridge gourd cooked or not when it's completely cooked garnish with corrainder leaves & serves hot with chapati or poori or rice..
