Ingredients of Healthy Ridge gourd
- It’s of ridge gourd.
- You need of onion.
- It’s of tomato.
- You need of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare of cumin seeds.
- Prepare of mustard seeds.
- Prepare of red chilli powder.
- You need of turmeric powder.
- You need of oil.
- Prepare of Salt.
- It’s of Corrainder leaves for garnishing.
Healthy Ridge gourd instructions
- First wash all vegetables & finely chopped & keep aside..
- Heat the pan add oil in it when oil is heated add cumin seeds & mustard seeds saute for a minute then add ginger garlic paste again mix well..
- Add chopped onion cook till onion get soft & changes it's colour then add red chilli powder & turmeric powder saute for a minute..
- Add chopped tomato cook few minutes then add salt & chopped ridge gourd mix well & cover the pan in low flame for few minutes..
- In between check ridge gourd cooked or not when it's completely cooked garnish with corrainder leaves & serves hot with chapati or poori or rice..
