Ingredients of Healthy Chili

  1. It’s 4 cups of Garbanzo Beans.
  2. Prepare 2 of pks sliced Portobello mushrooms.
  3. It’s of Chili powder to taste.
  4. It’s of Season according to your taste.
  5. It’s 28 oz of Tomatoes blended.
  6. You need 1 of Red onion diced.

Healthy Chili instructions

  1. Pressure cook the beans (soaked overnight).
  2. Blend the tomatoes add salt/ splash of agave/chili powder.
  3. Let it simmer for 30mins.
  4. Chop and Sautee mushrooms until all moisture is gone. Add fennel seeds, onion powder, savory, sweet basil.
  5. Add all the ingredients together and simmer for 20min.
