Ingredients of Healthy Chicken Sandwich

  1. You need 8 slices of sandwich bread.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of salted boiled chicken.
  3. It’s 2 tbsp of VEEBA carrot cucumber spread.
  4. You need 4 tsp of malai / cream.
  5. Prepare 1 of chopped capsicum.
  6. Prepare 1/4 th cup of grated cheese.
  7. Prepare 1 of onion chopped(optional).
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of oregano.
  9. It’s to taste of Salt and black pepper.

Healthy Chicken Sandwich step by step

  1. Shredd the boiled chicken.Grate cheese and chop capsicum.Add salt and black pepper..
  2. Mix spread,oregano and all the ingredients together..
  3. Apply malai on 1 slice and prepared mixture on other slice.
  4. Grill.i have not used any butter for upper coating..
  5. Serve hot!.
  6. I have used VEEBA spread to replace white sauce,all the way making it healthier, cheesier and tastier.
