- You need 8 slices of sandwich bread.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of salted boiled chicken.
- It’s 2 tbsp of VEEBA carrot cucumber spread.
- You need 4 tsp of malai / cream.
- Prepare 1 of chopped capsicum.
- Prepare 1/4 th cup of grated cheese.
- Prepare 1 of onion chopped(optional).
- Prepare 1 tsp of oregano.
- It’s to taste of Salt and black pepper.

- Shredd the boiled chicken.Grate cheese and chop capsicum.Add salt and black pepper..
- Mix spread,oregano and all the ingredients together..
- Apply malai on 1 slice and prepared mixture on other slice.
- Grill.i have not used any butter for upper coating..
- Serve hot!.
