  1. Chop all the veggies.
  2. Heat oil in a cooker add garlic ginger & chilli sauté it.
  3. Then add onion sauté it & add all the veggies and salt.
  4. Cook for a minute then add 2-3 cups of water and cook till 2-3 whistles.
  5. As the pressure release open cooker and churn/blend it.
  6. Transfer to a pan..& add black pepper powder..:cook till 2-3 boils.
  7. Add coriander leaves and serve hot.
