- Chop all the veggies.
- Heat oil in a cooker add garlic ginger & chilli sauté it.
- Then add onion sauté it & add all the veggies and salt.
- Cook for a minute then add 2-3 cups of water and cook till 2-3 whistles.
- As the pressure release open cooker and churn/blend it.
- Transfer to a pan..& add black pepper powder..:cook till 2-3 boils.
